Iron Grip: Marauders – QINQO Gift Cards

Get in-game currency for IGM via gift cards throughout the Netherlands and Belgium

Utrecht, Netherlands – 18 April 2012 – Instead of announcing a new release or expansion, today we have news about something different. ISOTX is cooperating with QINQO, a new company which ‘makes the online tangible’ through gift cards.

Iron Grip: Marauders in-game currency now available through QINQO gift cards
“ISOTX makes very attractive and great games” says Mike Hendrixen, QINQO’s Marketing Director. “I’m extremely pleased that yet another content partner believes in our strong and unique premium approach and gift card solution.”

You see gift cards around more and more; even at your local supermarket. ISOTX doesn’t want to fall behind of course, and there are a number of advantages to having our own IGM cards. They make ideal presents, wrapped up in the QINQO style and looking like collector’s items. Appearing in stores they are much more visible than online transactions, and offer excellent branding opportunities for ISOTX and Iron Grip: Marauders.

Stephanie van Geel, Business Manager at ISOTX said, “QINQO has a very promising and effective gift card solution to sell our online games, such as Iron Grip Marauders in retail and we’re confident this partnership will drive growth and sales. Like ISOTX, QINQO have a strong focus on providing added value solutions and customer service, which is why QINQO is the perfect match for ISOTX. People around the world have never spent more time online. But while the online use and consumption of brands & online properties are growing rapidly, the gap with offline retail is widening. So it’s great that we can give our digital products physical presence in store.”

Since Wednesday April 18, 2012 the gift cards have been available at all Bart Smit and ePlaza stores throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. The €9.95 gift card can be found across all stores, while the €19.95 and €29.95 gift cards will initially be placed in pilot stores only, before becoming more widely available.
