ATLUS ONLINE expands Knights of The Sky, its browser-based F2P MMORTS, with the Crystal War, the next chapter of the battle for controls of the clouds

IRVINE, CALIFORNIA – APRIL 6, 2012 – ATLUS ONLINE, a division of ATLUS dedicated to massively online gaming and entertainment, announced that exciting changes will occur as part of The Crystal War, the next chapter for Knights of the Sky, a browser-based MMORTS where users take control of a sky castle and wage in epic battles to conquer the heavens.
The Crystal War massive update will be implemented in phases. It promises significant enhancements and additions for players to enjoy in the new world of Knights of the Sky. Perhaps the most exciting is the title’s rebalanced gameplay and its brand-new web interface, which simplifies and streamlines the play experience. As part of the first phase of The Crystal War, the new web interface is now accessible to players. Following updates will continue and introduce a host of new characters, and completely redefine the game’s art style to better immerse users in the world of Odyssya. Players can also acquire and collect dozens of new heroes using the Gacha System – heroes they can then use to lead armies into battle. The list of improvements continues: in the next phases, there are hundreds of new items to discover and use; dungeons that offer a greater challenge; and a wealth of brand new quests with former quests receiving all-new updates!

About Knights of the Sky
In ancient times, the people of Odyssya lived under a tyrant. His council manipulated the arcane arts to keep the masses oppressed. Then, heroes discovered Alchemy and, with its power, challenged the monarchy….The world was torn asunder by magic, chaos, and war. From the ashes, two new powers emerged: the Empire, the survivors of the age-old families and traditional ways; and the Federation, the revolutionists seeking a new way of life. Now the players enter as Lords claiming territory for one of the two great factions of Odyssya.
